MEET the TEAM

Greg

Greg is a pastor and pioneer in Adventure Ministry. He founded Bayside Adventure Sports in Northern California in 1998 with a small group of friends from church. The ministry expanded to include annual Yosemite camping trips and hundreds of volunteers leading small group outings in various outdoor activities. Greg also started G1 Adventure Tours, offering Christians epic adventure experiences, like Machu Picchu and Everest Base Camp.

Brett

Brett has a passion for helping others connect and encounter God through outdoor adventure. His background includes various leadership roles in the military, consulting, and civil service industries. Inspired by outdoor adventures shared with his daughter, he has developed a faith-based outdoor adventure program for youth at his local church in Virginia.

Board Member

Pam

Pam brings many years of experience running the administrative side of Bayside Adventure Sports. She has helped research and implement many software and technology changes over the years to streamline processes needed to successfully support an outdoor recreation ministry. She can share tips we have learned about communications, volunteer support, navigating public permit requirements, waivers, and, trade secrets we have in getting hard-to-get campsite reservations.
